In practical terms, for group meetings that exceed reasonable living room size, you probably need to think about open space, whether rented or purchased, and moveable seating, like folding or stacking chairs that can be put in whatever arrangement you please. There are those who make a mandate of "house churches" but I don't think you want to do that.
