If you look closely at caf's links, you will see that the distributors of these items state clearly that they have no affiliation whatever with the Cub Scouts or the BSA. In other words, there is no 'Cub Scouts Religious Emblems Program'. There is no question that the principles of scouting have always included religious faith, but on a strictly non-denominational basis. I would be very surprised to learn that the scouts were officially promoting or sanctioning denominational religious activities within scouting, especially proselytizing.
