I am sorry if you took what I said personally Charles, I dont recall using the words stubborn or unreasonable and apologize if I did. I know that you spend time considering, but I do feel that your view is somehow formed by what you observed as a child. Simply that your peers, adults and parents, felt this way, and you have repsect for their opinion, which is not bad, but can sometimes lead to a bias. all of us have suffered from given too mcuh credit to something because everyone else is doing it, or because our parents did it. We do many things not spoekn of in the bible. Where does it say, "have skits" or "hold carnivals?" Nowhere that I am aware of, but it is quite possible. And again, God does not say to only sing, and as a amtter of fact, it is usally a man, not God, who says "sing." Hopefully I can go into further detail later, I just wanted to let you know I was not trying to portray you as stubborn, my apologies if it came across that way.
