NIV While God is in no way limited in power or knowledge, as Bigfry observed there are things God cannot do, because they are contrary to his nature, or inherently contradictory. God cannot lie, it is contrary to his nature. God cannot make a square circle, because the categories of squares and circles are mutually exclusive. You have the same problem with the premise of a cosmos of personalities with free-will but no possibility of wrong choices. These are mutually exclusive categories.
