Sister Creta Edwards passed away this morning at about 10:00. She lived longer than the doctors had thought she would, and was brave and clothed in dignity all through her final days and hours. She had no fear of death, and was looking forward to a better home with no more illness and pain and grief. Her son Mark was by her side holding her hand when she took her final breath. Funeral arrangements are in progress, TBA, but there will be services at the South Fairfax church building in Bakersfield and in Carrolton, MO. Creta was 83. The second anniversary of her daughter Pam Davenport's death was last Saturday.
