Is there an antithesis?

I tend to think it is unfair to say that essay is presenting information with no intent of changing her mind. Not because of it's truth, but because of the fact that most everyone here is guilty of the same thing. caf, if I would were to show you proof that the earth were one million years old, who you accept it? I imagine your initial answer might be yes, but I feel you have already decided that is not a possibility. Would you ay it is possible that the Bible is false? No you would not, becuase your faith blocks you from even that possibility. Nothing wrogn with that either, but we are all stubborn when it comes to religion. It is true that you have doen much study and reading, but I do not think that is what makes you faithful. I of course, always enjoy being proven wrong, so feel free to tell me otherwise.
