The use of the word "disappears" had me thinking it had to be God, since none of the three have miraculous powers. Indeed, at the very least the leprechan doesn't even exist. As an aside, my mind wanders around till it lands on this question: under what circumstances would that scenario actually wind up happening? The $100 bill, the 3 characters and the locked room.
