I know a little of inspiration as it pertains to the writing of music. Sometimes it is an amazing thing. I'm not sure how it compares with what the biblical writers experienced though. There is an inspiration that calls for you to learn more of something so that you can do it well. And there is an inspiration that is the result of already having learned much about something and possessing the ability to do it well. I'm sure that the divine inspiration the biblical authors experienced was both and then some.
