Individuals make better decisions than groups. Discuss the vidilaty ofthis statement.Just a thought question... What do think in regards to your individual fullfillment and edification vs. the edification of the group your meeting with. Is one more important than the other? How do you maintain balance between your own fulfillment while still keeping a commitment to support your congregation? And I don't really mean big controversy over doctrine or fundamental problems. I'm mostly talking about the little things that make a difference to the group that may be annoying or tedious for an individual. Am I making any sense? Hopefully you sort of understand what I'm trying to ask. How can we be sensitive to the needs of the group while still paying attention to our individual needs. |
