The following is an excerpt from a letter dated July 31, 2000 sent to Bob Murry by Jude Bibo Belija of the Christians in Kumasi Ghana (see April 2000 article, Living Waters) <1>Yesterday for the first time in our lives, we partook in the Lord's Supper in its correct form after 6:30 p.m. G.M.T. The time does not matter. Only it must be taken on Sundays and not when on Sunday. We only wanted to relive Matt. 26:17-30 on this first occassion only. Just imagine our joy! Again, we say a "very big thank you," to you, Mr. Fry, Mr. Morris, and all those who helped in diverse ways for us to have the
Lord's Supper taken in Kumasi here, in its proper form. Most churches here use any fruit juice, be it orange or cocoanut juice. But we have refused to be partakers of these unbiblical things or practices.
